The Yellow Xertube® is for those men and women just beginning an exercise regimine, providing the least resistance of all our Xertubes. At 1-1/2 times its length, the weight equivalence of this tube is approximately 3 to 5 pounds.

The Green Xertube® is for beginner women and moderately fit men. At 1-1/2 times its length, the weight equivalence of this tube is approximately 6 pounds. 44" in length.

The Red Xertube® is for moderately fit women or fit men. At 1-1/2 times its length, the weight equivalence of this tube is approximately 10 pounds.

The Blue Xertube is for very fit women or fit men. At 1-1/2 times its length, the weight equivalence of this tube is approximately 15 pounds.

The Purple Xertube® is for extremely fit men and women. At 1-1/2 times its length, the weight equivalence of this tube is approximately 20 pounds.
