Two-station corner design:
* Two station design fits efficiently in a corner.
* Provides optimal exercise variety in the least amount of user space required.
* Over 100 exercises and exercise variations within a 9’ x 8.5’ requirement. User space equals 1.3 exercises per square foot.
Press station provides bench supported, traditional fixed arc press arm for pressing and fly exercises on the fully adjustable flat to incline to shoulder press bench.
Press arm start position adjustments in 10° increments are quick and easy from the fingertip control remote press arm adjustment handle useable from the seated position.
T-grip™ handles are ergonomically angled to reduce stress on the wrist during lifts. Durable contoured rubber handles are of optimal diameter to better distribute load over your palm for optimal comfort and support.
Press arm arc design is biomechanically accurate to better mimic the natural pressing motion reducing unwanted stress on the shoulder joint.
Bench can also be utilized in performing user defined pressing and fly exercises via the dual swivel base pulleys incorporating greater muscular recruitment and stabilizer muscle involvement.
Fully adjustable removable flat to incline bench:
* Five angle adjustments: 0° flat, 30°incline, 45° incline, 60° incline and 75°shoulder press positions provide superior positioning and variety for both fixed press arm and user defined cable press and pectoral fly exercises.
* Built in handle and soft rubber wheel makes transporting easy.
* Built in docking station into the base of the TQ9 tower ensures proper user bench position relative to press arm and pulley stations and keeps bench securely in place.
* Durable double seam stitched marine grade commercial rated vinyl pads provide support, comfort and durability under load.
* Contoured pads are shaped to optimize comfort and support for your body.
* Fixed angle seat pad provides built in lumbar support for lower back support and comfort.
* Tapered seat pad allows for comfortable three point user position on bench for optimal stability when performing exercises.
* Low, 7-3/4 inch bench height allows for greater user stability without arching of the back when performing exercises.
* Bench can be wheeled away from platform and used as a separate dumbbell pressing bench.
Dual high swivel pulleys each move through 66° range to optimally move with the way your body moves naturally.
Dual swivel base pulleys are positioned to optimize exercises utilizing the removable adjustable bench, and exercise ball* or an open exercise platform for standing, self supporting exercise movements.
Quick adjust thigh stabilization roller pads easily adjust for thigh stabilization when performing lat pulldown exercise and then easily fold out of the way.
Thigh stabilization roller pads lock into storage position and can be used for performing 45° back extension on an exercise ball*.
Open exercise platform on front tower base:
* Removal of the bench provides open exercise platform allowing for exercise ball* and standing exercises.
* Platform accommodates a burst proof exercise ball* for a multitude of ball exercises which recruit additional stabilizer muscles and enhance balance, coordination and overall results.
* Dual high and base swivel pulleys are 2:1 resistance ratio when used individually providing half of the selected resistance as well as doubling the cable travel allowing for finer resistance increments as well as greater user range of motion for functional; and core exercise capabilities.
* Open platform also allows for standing, self supported exercise movements optimizing multiple muscle group movements including functional, sports specific and core development training.
Leg extension and seated leg curl station:
* Patent pending dual pivot leg extension seated leg curl design enables proper pivot point alignment reducing shear force on the knee joint when performing leg extension and curl exercises.
* Leg extension is 1:1 resistance ratio allowing for maximum resistance when working the quadriceps while the seated leg curl is a 2:1 ratio for smaller, light resistance increments for the leg curl exercise.
* 15° seat pad is optimally angled to help anchor the upper body as well as enable full contraction of the quadriceps when performing the leg extension.
* Seat pad contoured to optimally position thighs relative to hips under load.
* Easy slide, two position adjustable back pad allows for proper user position in both the leg extension and leg curl exercises.
* Thigh stabilization roller pads keep knees aligned through curl exercise, minimizing shear force on the knee joint.
* Tapered roller pads keep legs aligned properly throughout exercise movement as well as better fit of geometry of the back of the knee joint.
* Swivel mid pulley moves 66° to facilitate abdominal crunches, triceps extension and upright mid pulley exercises.
200 pound weight stack:
* Blended cast / steel weight plates are precision cast and machined for precise balance in ten (10) pound increments.
* Weight plate bushings with flange to produce sound dampening barrier between plates are made from a material designed to withstand years of pounding without deformation.
* Torque Fork™ weight selector pin is flat to prevent plates from pivoting as well as magnetized to adhere to the selected plate when in use.
* Solid steel guide rods for smooth true tracking of the weight stack.
Color coded adjustment knobs:
* All adjustment and touch points are identified in “Torque Orange” for easy identification.
* Pivot point on leg extension and leg curl pivot is outlined in “Torque Orange” washers to aid in proper alignment of knee joint axis of rotation.
Shrouding:
* Commercial grade steel and acrylic shrouds provide a sleek aesthetic appearance as well as minimize exposure to moving parts.
Patent pending FAST Attach quick coupling system allows for quick and easy changeover of desired handles and attachments.
