TSX-A - Features
Adjustable Stride
With the TRUE TSXa model, you’ll enjoy the additional benefit of adjustable stride, which allows you to use an up or down arrow to electronically adjust to your ideal stride length. Regardless of your height, it’s easy to find your perfect stride with an industry-leading 17" - 26" stride length range. If you’re not sure what stride length is right for you, just press the AutoStride™ key. The TSXa’s on-board computer will optimize your stride length based on your body’s natural movement at various speeds.
mix3™
One of the biggest challenges with any workout program is staying motivated week after week. That’s why TRUE developed mix3, which acts as your personal body coach, and really “mixes up” your workout routine. Launch mix3 and it will take you through a series of unique exercises like forward striding, reverse striding, and upper body movements. mix3 even instructs you in advanced techniques like lifting your heels and bending your knees to target specific muscle groups. The Motion Man on the TRUE TSXa console will light up to show the muscles you’re working. When you finish a session with mix3, you’ll have efficiently worked all the major muscle groups in as little as 20 minutes. And since every workout is different, you will stay focused and motivated.
SoftStep™ Footpads
A common complaint among elliptical users is pain or numbness in the ball of the foot. To alleviate this problem, the TRUE TSXa is equipped with SoftStep orthopedic pads to help minimize foot fatigue.
25 Resistance Levels
Geared to start at a low 10-watt setting, the TRUE TSXa gives even novice users an effective workout their first time on the machine. And with a challenging 300-watt maximum setting, there is plenty of top-end resistance to challenge you, even if you’re already in great shape.
Worry-free Warranty
The TSXa is made of the toughest materials and components available, so TRUE can offer one of the best warranties in the industry. You should feel confident that the TSXa Elliptical Cross-Trainer will be a part of your healthy lifestyle for years, or even decades to come.
