Love it. Great customer service and the best equipment
This machine is everything I hoped and expected it to be! It is quiet, smooth and works just as expected. I love it and have no regrets except I didn’t get it sooner!

It’s rare for someone to be lucky enough to naturally enjoy exercise to the point of making it their hobby. For most of us, it’s a chore that we know we should do, but that doesn’t exactly inspire much in the way of motivation. To help you commit to your routine, here are some tips on how to trick your mind to love exercise.
Exercise is hard enough as it is when you aren’t bored stiff of your routine. It’s always a good idea to have multiple exercise routines that you cycle through during the week to avoid feelings of monotony and tedium. After all, they say variety is the spice of life. Furthermore, if you do the same routine every day, your body will adapt to it, and you won’t see as significant results, creating feelings of futility. Never be afraid to try something new.
Another great tip on how to trick your mind to love exercise is to incorporate music into your workout. In fact, you’re probably already doing so, but understanding the benefits of incorporating music will help you tailor your playlist to perfection. By associating our favorite songs with exercise, you can fool yourself into believing it’s enjoyable. Upbeat, energetic songs are great for helping you feel energized and motivated because they make it seem like you have your own personal montage playing.
Have you ever gone for a run and felt like you could keep going for miles? That’s a runner’s high. This relaxing and euphoric state of mind results from aerobic exercises releasing a flood of endorphins into your bloodstream. Endorphins are “feel good” chemicals that produce feelings of happiness and pleasure, similar to dopamine. This runner’s high is why home gym treadmills are such staples for anyone trying to get into fitness. Getting one may be just what you need.
You should note that you may not always feel a runner’s high, and that’s normal. You typically need to run several miles before the endorphins really start to kick in. But when they do, there’s no feeling like it. Even if you don’t experience a runner’s high during a routine, knowing you made an effort and got a good workout in can be satisfying in itself.
